We finally found our home.

After a month of looking at different offices and wrestling with which one to choose, our Realtor came up with the above offering.

By this time a nuisance, we agreed to haul downtown to look at another office. Peter decided not to join us, as he had to drop off a courtesy car he was using while his windshield was being repaired.

45 minutes later, Terry and I arrived at the office and after looking around for under 2 minutes, we were pretty satisfied with the place. In fact, we liked it so much, we called Pete and arranged for him to view the place the next day.

So, now it's subject to writing up the offer and having it accepted.

In the mean time, we wait.
